We're so sorry! Please contact us right away with your order number and details. We'll sort it out faster than you can say “pistachio swirl.”

Oh no! That's never what we want. Please send us a photo and your order number within 24 hours at info.gerbetco@gmail.com, and we'll make things right.

Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking link. You can also find it anytime in your account under My Orders.

With care and a sprinkle of love! Our macarons are carefully packed in protective boxes to keep them safe, fresh, and fabulous — even on long journeys.

We currently deliver across Ireland and mainland Europe. If you're just outside that area, drop us a message — we'll do our best to reach you.

Standard delivery is calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Orders over €50 ship for free — just our way of saying merci!

Delivery usually takes 3-5 business days depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking link as soon as your parcel is on the move.

We're currently online-only, so pickup isn't available just yet — but who knows what the future holds? Until then, we'll deliver right to your door.

For smooth delivery, please double-check your full name, address, Eircode/postcode, and a phone number just in case the courier needs to reach you. A little detail goes a long way!
